"Hey, Guys, I Have Berries For You!"
You have discovered something wonderful at Discovery Park: "berries" growing on large bushes down by the fish pond. They're not really berries; they are currants, and thank goodness for that (much less messy). But to you they make fine berries and you love to pick them by the handful.
After you had gathered a crop of berries, we turned to walk over toward where three boys were playing with their mother, and you -- being the shy, retiring type you are -- called out:
"Hey guys, I have berries for you!"
They very politely stopped their game of throwing a little football around to gather around you so you could distribute berries to each of them. They played right along and thanked you for the treat. You were pleased as punch.
There are no strangers to you these days -- only friends you haven't yet met.
