"Git Me Up!"
Here's another Adessa-ism: "Git Me Up!"
It's what you say instead of "Giddyup!" And, of course, it is adorable to hear you say "Git Me Up!" even though it's usually shouted as an exhortation by you from the bike trailer along with "Faster, Daddy, faster! Pedal faster!"
This weekend, you really got into the spirit of it since you just couldn't wait to get to The Cowboy Swing, so I heard a lot of "Git Me Up!" "Faster, Daddy!" and even "Yee-haw!" back there.
It does make an excellent motivator!
